Returns & Refunds Policy

Should you have a problem with your order or you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Delivery

If your dog food bag is delivered damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and email us immediately so we can arrange a replacement for you and arrange collection of the damaged bag.

We’re sorry but once orders are placed they cannot be amended or cancelled. Should you wish to make a change to your order please call us on 07941 852 007 and we will try our utmost to accommodate your request.

Any refunds are processed back onto the payment card only.

Any claims not notified within 2 days of receipt cannot be refunded unless they relate to a Quality issue.

Quality Issues

We have a robust and vigorous Quality Testing process throughout the manufacturing process which begins at the collection of the meat/fish from our suppliers. We are very confident that there will be no quality issues with your dog food. However, if you have any concerns please take a picture of the back of the bag which will have a batch number displayed. We will then liaise with our manufacturers to determine whether there has been a quality issue with that particular batch.

If our manufacturer confirms there is a quality issue with that batch then your bag will be replaced. We reserve the right not to replace bags where the manufacturer cannot confirm a quality issue.

With regards to maintaining the quality and freshness of your kibble, we recommend that the bag is kept in a dry place and the top of the bag resealed/closed. Alternatively, the kibble should be decanted into an airtight food container.
